General:

- Minutes from last AGM meetings were review and accepted.
- Van Enns gave a review of the year, pointing out the strength of the BOD and the rebranding of the chapter. He also reviewed the activities of the past year.
- Matt and Ron rolled out the chapter’s strategy for the next 5 years. They reviewed the targeted customers and the products that were available starting with the 1st year to the 5th year.

Finance:

- The year-end financial report was presented, reviewed and accepted (motion by Walters / seconded by Falenda – passed).

Communications:

- The new look of our web site from SALS to APICS and what is planned in the future. Kevin also talked on the amount of hits we have achieved and the reasons why; the upcoming Privatization Policy and advertising rates for the web site.

Education:

- The education classes were reviewed and what is coming in the future. Fundamentals courses and custom education modules are being offered in the next year.

Membership:

- An analysis of our membership was presented and a breakdown of our corporate members was done. A quick tutorial on how to keep your membership information updated on the APICS web site was done.

Events:

- A recap of the year’s events was done

- Flint made the motion to accept all of the above nominations and was seconded by Kevin - passed

Matt suggested that we notify the membership of the open positions.
